You can earn Shopee Coins when you take these actions on the Shopee App:

• Complete an order using Cashback vouchers
  When you apply a Cashback voucher, the coins to be earned will be based on the final purchase amount of relevant items in the order after coin redemption, and other discounts.

⚠️Note:Shipping fees will not be counted in your coin rewards.

• Check-in on the Coins Rewards page
  You can also check in daily on the Coins Rewards page to earn coins. You will be able to earn additional Coins for consecutive daily check-ins.  

• Play games in Shopee Prizes

• Rate a product
  You can submit a rating of more than 50 characters, with both images and videos to gain 5 coins.

⚠️Note:Editing a rating will not count as an additional rating. 

• Make payment to a ShopeePay merchant offering Cashback

You'll see the Cashback earned on your ShopeePay Payment Details page.

⚠️Note: Shopee Coins earned will be based on your final payment amount after Coins Redeemed deductions.

• Join Shopee Live sessions with Coins giveaways
  Look out for the Coins label on the Shopee Live page to tell which sellers are giving out Coins during their livestream sessions.

Shopee Coins will be credited to you when a transaction or order has been completed. To check the coins earned from an order that you have yet to receive, you can view the order page by going to the Me tab > To Ship/Receive > Select Order> view Shopee Coins to be earned.

There is no minimum amount of Coins you need to accumulate before you can use them to offset the costs of your purchases. However, there are limits on the amount of Coins you can earn and use.

You can earn 1 Shopee Coin for every RM1 spent on transactions that include a cashback promotion. The amount of Coins you can earn is limited by your transaction type:

Every 100 Shopee Coins earned is equivalent to RM1 when you use them to offset your transaction amount. Depending on your transaction type, here are the limits on Shopee Coins usage on your total transaction amount:

Troubleshooting
If you have not received your Shopee Coins, it may be due to these reasons:

• Your payment is not secured by the Shopee Guarantee.
• Your transaction did not include a cashback promotion.
• Your order was incomplete.
• Your Cashback voucher was not successfully applied during checkout.
• Your order is under the Tickets & Vouchers category.
• The system has detected orders that may have violated Shopee’s regulations.
• Product rating/review does not meet the criteria or is flagged as spam.
